North London Psychology Practice

I am a counselling psychologist who offers a non-judgemental and confidential space for clients to investigate the way they are living.

If  you are at a point in your life where you feel the need to look at the difficulties you are experiencing, recent and dramatic changes which you are finding hard to understand, accept, or live with, therapy could be the space where you can make sense of it all.

I work within an existential paradigm and believe in personal choice and responsibility. When in therapy with me, you will be asked to reflect upon your values and believes. We will look at the way you feel, think and relate to yourself, the issues and the world around you.

I will provide a supportive and holding environment and will be with you on your journey of self-discovery.

Therapy requires time commitment, and once the time and the date are set both parties of therapeutic alliance, i.e. the client and the counselling psychologist, commit to it.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period.

I provide face to face and telephone therapy.
